Is going green a fad, or is it something that is here to stay for a long time? This is not limited to everyday individuals as you will find that many celebrities are also going green and doing their part. You may be wondering if this green movement is just a scare tactic or if it is really something that is important for individuals to do. You will also find that there are a lot of businesses that are also going green, but is it enough? In The Following Paragraphs we are going to be taking a look at some of the questions that you may have about going green.

If everybody was into conservation, there could be a lot of savings in many areas, such as energy and fuel. Conserving is difficult to do in a capitalistic society, when the whole point of business is to get you to buy something, quite often, something you do not need. When it comes to buying things they don’t need, you will find that this practice is being slowed due to money issues many individuals are facing. Because of this these individuals are being forced to conserve things however they could do more if they put their minds to it. One thing you will also find is that it is hard for one person to start living greener if local businesses are not going green as well. When only part of the world is doing something it makes it rather difficult for those who want to do it. And if that percentage is only 10%, then it is even harder.

To make things easier on everyone, big business needs to start going green, not because they are going to make more money but because it is the proper thing to do. You must understand that if it is not affordable for a big business to do this, then it will not be worth it for regular individuals to do it as well. It is one thing to do something because it will help save the environment, and it is another thing altogether to do something because it will make you money. Most individuals will find that if they are not able to save a lot of money, they may not want to use alternative energy sources to begin with. Big business and our government could start to set the standard by simply using alternative energy. Something you should be asking yourself is that if it has been proven that you can run a car on water, why is no one creating this type of car. There must not be that much desire for saving fuel.

Why would big oil companies want you saving fuel, when they are in the business of selling you fuel? So when a vehicle can be run on something other than gas you are going to find that big oil companies would not want this. There are a lot of individuals who would be interested in an alternative energy car but they are just not being made. So the question is, who is actually responsible for this?

If you are like other individuals, you want a vehicle that will end up getting better gas mileage. One thing you will realize is that many individuals want to save fuel but the options are not available.
